Press release: integration of HYDREKA
As part of its development strategy, Groupe Claire is integrating Hydreka.

Claire group, supported by its new majority shareholder Crédit Mutuel Equity, is continuing its development in water network equipment and performance, with the integration of HYDREKA, a company specialising in temporary and permanent metrology solutions for all water networks.
The Group extend its range of diagnostic and monitoring solutions and services within the Claire Connect division, which includes IJINUS, FAST, WAYVE and now HYDREKA.
Founded in 1988, HYDREKA is a designer and integrator of measurement and control instruments for water networks (drinking, waste and natural) and a leader in solutions and services for design offices.
Based in France, Lyon (69), the company employs 46 people and has a turnover of almost €9M.
The Claire Group, which includes Sainte-Lizaigne, Hydromeca, EIE, Fast, Ijinus, ADG and now HYDREKA, is specialised in equipment for the construction, maintenance and repair of water distribution networks (connections, metering, metering environments, connections, tools) and irrigation networks, as well as solutions for improving network performance (diagnostics, monitoring, leak detection, remote control). It places the preservation of water resources at the heart of its concerns.
This new acquisition is in line with the Claire group's strategy and will enable it to offer its customers an ever broader range of services and solutions for monitoring and controlling water networks, while benefiting from strong technical and commercial synergies with its other entities. With 330 employees, Claire is strengthening its position as market leader.
