With a multi-diameter design and patented flexibility, OMEGAFLEX is the only pipe clamp on the market that can adapt to a wide range of PE pipe diameters. This flexibility means that 9 dimensions of PE pipes can be covered with just 3 product references, depending on the model! OMEGAFLEX is a complete range of electrowelded hybrid connections available from Sainte-Lizaigne for consumer house connections from Ø 25 to Ø 50. This range gives you total flexibility thanks to its different configurations: top or side connection, remote top connection, and even for a remote connection. Two ready-to-weld PE outlet options are available for maximum flexibility:
The OMEGAFLEX range of PE fittings features a knurled nut that can be tightened by hand, which simplifies connection to the tap outlet and makes it easier to electro-weld in trenches, while maintaining the integrity of the joint. This is the most flexible solution: it adapts to any Sainte-Lizaigne connection or meter tap, whatever the needs on site.
The integral PE outlets for Ø 25, 32, 40 and 50 with a fixed screw-and-glue connection fitted in the factory reduce the number of manual operations required on site, thus providing a reliable and long-lasting connection. This solution is ideal for remote connections or remote house connections; the fittings allow the bronze sectional valve to be adapted to electrowelded connections.
The OMEGAFLEX system has been specifically designed to simplify and speed up the installation of electrowelded connections. It has a unique attachment system for the entire range:
A sliding toothed belt and ratchets make it easy to position the clamp around the pipe.
It is quick to install as it does not require any screws or bolts to be tightened before welding. The clamp can be repositioned on the pipe right up until the last moment.
The clamp is compatible with all welding machines currently on the market. When the barcode is scanned, the heating time corresponding to the system is automatically activated.
When combined with a connecting valve, the OMEGAFLEX pipe clamp creates a fully flexible and adjustable solution that effortlessly adapts to all conditions on site.
The Sainte-Lizaigne bronze connecting valve, coupled with the OMEGAFLEX pipe clamp with a metric threaded boss (40x300 or 55x300), gives you a unique hybrid solution to monitor and manage your PE networks.
Bronze fittings are unalterable and 100% resistant to all types of corrosion, thus ensuring that the water network is built to last. The integration of an all-metal component into the PE network will provide an essential function for the connection: the ability to monitor the network acoustically. Once installed, this “all-metal” connection becomes a key point for operating and monitoring the PE network: teams can use it to quickly search for and detect potential leaks in the network.
To complete the leak detection process, the OMEGAFLEX system can be combined with a BiDi LTE device, which records noise data from various pipes, making it ideal for smart acoustic monitoring of water networks.
